The website uses semantic page structure, responsive layouts, visible focus indicators, skip navigation, keyboard-accessible navigation, reduced-motion support, labeled form fields, and accessible form validation patterns.
Support Assistant
The WhiteStone Support Assistant is designed to open from a keyboard-accessible launcher, move focus into the panel, support Escape-to-close behavior, return focus to the launcher, label question and message fields, and announce new assistant messages politely.
WhiteStone will continue reviewing the assistant as part of website accessibility QA, including mobile layouts and form validation.
